Dog friendly and spacious rooms. The outside looks like a castle and there was a lot of grassy places to walk the dogs. Only complaint is that can hear your neighbors easily. However there were a lot of events happening the night we stayed like a wedding and talent show so this might not always be true. Great value overall!
The room was disgusting. here is a list of what my dog found in the room under the beds and all around the room. candy wrapper, plastic butter cup, wrapping paper from a straw, drink stirrer, staples, dental floss, a used bandage and the list goes on. I finally had to go out to the car and bring in a playpen to keep her from finding and eating all this debris. Also, the coffee pot had a used coffee pod in it. The shower had hair and foot prints and the sink had dried toothpaste in two places.nThe food in the bar and grill was also not the best. My grand daughter and I both picked at our food to find the good parts. Will not visit this hotel in the future. Very disappointed.
The hotel sales you a good presentation but it's the worst hotel you can stay it's not clean at all you won't be happy at all don't spend your money on this hotel
Awesome service. Two weddings also occurring while we had our book fair, and the hotel had social distancing and sanitizing down to an art and a science. Pork chops so tender you could cut them with a fork. Servers assigned to us for the entire weekend who were aware of all allergies. Absolutely top notch service.
This place was great. They took many covid 19 precautions to keep their guests safe, signs everywhere that clearly state how to stay safe. friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Very spacious and clean rooms. Pillows and mattress were very comfortable, plenty of towels. Excellent wifi service. I would highly recommend this location.nThe food from the restaurant was a mostly a miss, try to go somewhere else to eat.
