Curbside service is wonderful
I ordered PR 3 shoes from them twice. Both times they sent old shoes from the display. Literally dust was coming out of the shoes and they looked worn / used. Pathetic business practice. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
I had the great fortune to have Terrance assist me in the shoe department today. He never lost patience nor tried to hurry me. He was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I discussed the type of support I needed in a shoe, he delivered and more. Terrance is a gem.
I just moved to Houston and need some cooler workout clothes. This place is a big store with good selections. I found what I needed at average price. I like my clothes but the best part was this lovely young Hispanic cashier. I wish I had gotten her name. She was very kind and sweet and helpful. That type customer service makes me want to buy more clothes. I think I will!
