I had to reschedule my appointment due to work issues. They were very accommodating. I'm new to cycling. They tuned up the used bike I had just bought and did a bike fit for me. Ty was great. He spent a lot of time and put a lot of detailed attention into making sure my seat and handle positioning was just right for me. He also noticed I wasn't pedaling correctly and gave my some tips on how to correct it. I highly recommend Bingham Cyclery's Sandy location.

I brought in a child’s bike for a flat repair and to add slime. They were very friendly and reasonably priced! I will always go to them for my family’s bicycle needs!

Ty and the rest of the crew at the Sandy Bingham store always treat me well. With the challenges of this year, I've seen the shop adapt to protect the employees and the customers. They allow me to schedule out any service maintenance I need so I can minimize time off the bike by just being able to drop it off the day before. Thank you for everything this year.

We needed our 3 mountain bikes tuned up. We had stopped by a bike shop that was closer to our house first. They were so rude, that we decided to drive on to Bingham Cyclery, in Sandy. They were so friendly, nice and helpful. We scheduled our service date. On that day we brought the bikes in in the morning and they were ready mid afternoon. The mechanic, Chris, called me once to talk over replacement parts options (he was so nice and explained everything). The gal, that helped signed me in (I can’t remember her name) was super nice and efficient also. Let’s face it, everyone in that shop was awesome! Even though they were all super busy, they remained calm, friendly and helpful to all. Even when one man was super demanding and rude to them. I was super impressed. I highly recommend this store and we will always take our bikes there or buy bikes there from now on.

Excellent service. Got my bike in for a tune up and they finished faster than they quoted me. Price was right too. I will definitely take my bike there again.
