This morning I went to CareNow for an issue that is painful and making it difficult to walk. I had to rush to work after and didn’t get off until 5:30. I made it to the drive through line at 5:45. Seeing as how they closed at 6 I figured there would be plenty of time as there were only two cars in front of me and one left shortly after I arrived. As soon as the person in front of me drive away, they slammed the gates down. There is no signage posted that they don’t help customers past a certain time. I went inside and asked what happened since I had waited nearly 20 minutes to not be helped. The woman told me she is pretty sure the computers don’t work after a certain time. If that is actually true I can understand, but I felt I deserved at least an explanation, not a gate slammed in my face. I come to this store all the time and never have an issue, but this was so disappointing. The general disrespect for peoples’ time is pretty frustrating.

Needed a minute clinic appointment. Was able to make the appointment on the cvs app and received confirmation in less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately I had to cancel but that was also easy and seamless. This location appeared to be brand new and will definitely return in the future if needed.

For me im gonna change this cvs they let you wait along along time there no workers too much to help you you have to go to find some one to help you and wait 10 min to come and the medication they let you wait along time until they get ready for me im gonna change it dont recommend some one to try it

I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in January 2020, I've been using this CVS pharmacy since. They are the best, the staff always ask about me even if someone else picks up my RX. They have gone above and beyond when I get new meds to make sure I understand how to use them or side effects. I'm blown away at how sweet they are to me. Thank you CVS pharmacy
