Let me just say this the company will racially profile you if your African American . I guess you don’t find a lot of my kind in the yeti section. One of the staff who had an odor of smoke , slender , brown hair and beard is just horrible. Followed me all the way to the front because he assumed I was going to steal from him . I let my clerk know when I was checking out , I think her name was Jaylah if I am not mistaken. She was probably the only staff member there that was sincere about the situation . I applaud her for her such astonishing amount of empathy she felt for me . The only good thing I could remember about my event
Walked in for some items. Dominique approached us and he was super pleasant and helpful in what I was looking for. He pointed us in the right direction and apologized for items that were not available in store. The best service I have ever had at a sporting goods store. We really appreciate his level of professionalism.
Went in this store looking for 1 item and everyone I came in contact with as far as employees were 0% helpful. They just point their finger in this HUGE store and say past Alpine. Then I can’t find what they pointed to so I ask another employee who seemed like I was breaking his neck asking a question. Then I ask another girl if they have youth beanies and she just says we only have one Carhartt section and literally want going to check on anything without me asking if she could look to help me. WHAT ARE YOU PAYING THESE PEOPLE FOR? It seems that your paying to literally stand around and not help anyone.
I went in to get my bike fixed. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The people working there went above and beyond, both the greeter and the person fixing my bike. My bike works better than when I bought it.
I had the best experience with Jayla ! I was shopping for my husband and I had to swap out some crocs and I had forgot my receipt and the customer SERVICE was phenomenal! She was so patient with me and is truly a great employee
