Great Service, I want to say something unexpected happened during my first visit, but thankfully the Owner was able to fix all the issues in my bike for a very cheap price! I will definitely be coming back here. I believe this is the best place to get your bicycle fixed not only because the people here really want you to be out there riding your bikes safely, but also because the atmosphere and customer service I received was exemplary of a Professional Shop.
Team did a tune up on my beat up commuter - super nice people, solid work on my beloved (but not in the best shape) bike, and reasonable prices. Never felt they were trying to upsell or push any products/service I didn’t need. Highly recommend the shop.
They were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They stayed open late and came in when they were closed to accommodate our flight schedule. I highly recommend them!
The guys were helpful and pleasant. My cannondale had a loud noise which 2 other bike shops could not fix and Red Star did. What a peaceful ride without that noise, thank you.
Everything about my girlfriend and my experience was over the top!!! AMAZING!!! I even forgot to return my bike lock and they just asked me to mail it in. This is a GREAT place, do not go elsewhere, honest and great people!
