The manager I believe named Jackie has been very helpful. Also did everything to help us out when a mishap happened. She is very nice and made me feel at ease even when I got confused. Jackie a good at what she does and very professional.

Please go to a different office to apply for health insurance. I applied in December and am still finding problems that I'll have to call someone to fix. It's February. I wanted major medical, dental, and vision. I applied in December and found out when I called while out of town that we got denied. We were offered another plan but had to come in to fill out more paperwork. We received notice that a dental and vision plan was approved so I paid that premium while waiting to fill out the other paperwork. Upon coming back, we went in to fill out the forms and I inquired about it 2 weeks later. No one could find the forms. A week later I called back again and found out my daughter was put on the wrong plan. It was their fault so they fixed it. Once I finally received my schedule of benefits for everyone for medical insurance, I find out that it includes dental and vision. But wait, we already have that? So, we have 2 dental and vision plans. Why do I need 2 dental and vision plans? Either the person in the office misfiled paperwork or I was not provided the correct info from the beginning.nWe went to them because we lost my husband's employee coverage and this whole process has caused so much stress to my life. I'll never work with this office again.

Jeremy is very courteous and provided great customer service. He was very prompt in responding to my questions and transfer request. I highly recommend Jeremy and Farm Bureau Insurance!

We've been with Farm Bureau for at least two decades. At this location, I deal with Brian Harris. He's a good, down-to-earth guy. He is very helpful when it comes to getting quotes and answers to insurance questions. If your looking for almost any kind of insurance, give him a call.
