All of the staff that I had interacted with were very friendly.nWe stayed at Element on our wedding night and received a card in the mail signed by the staff members congratulating us on our big day.nnThe 1 bedroom king suite was very spacious and felt like we had our own apartment to stay in.nnThe only complaint I would have is that sound carries through out the halls if people are being loud, but that is usually to be expected in a hotel.

Great stay! Wish the pool was open and they had breakfast (closed due to covid)nAwesome staff very friendly and welcoming! Excellent rooms, comfortable, feels like a small apartment! Full kitchen! Just bring your groceries and start cooking! I would highly recommend if you are staying more than a couple of nights

I stayed at element for a month during my break from work with my boyfriend . And the staff here was amazing ( if I forget any names forgive me.) but the front desk such as Danielle, Lorraine, dayna , Felipe, and pat) the house keeping staff were amazing especially the head house keeping staff like Stephanie & one more person (I forget her name is she had beautiful braids). Even people like Stephanie A and the other lady who serve breakfast. And Ashley working the bar. All these people and more made my time home so enjoyable & made my staff feel more like I was with family then just an extended stay. The people at element didn’t use Covid-19 as an excuse to not show hospitality to their guest like other places have during this time. This staff is so wonderful I can’t say enough. I will Definitely Be back!!!nnThank you my little element fam❤ufe0f
