Hotel experience was top notch. Friendly staff. Amazing locale. Food offerings are great. The spa is one of the best I've been too. We also did the King's Club which is a nice touch if you want a quiet area with a view to grab a quick bite or drink. We will definitely be back.

I have not stayed at this hotel, but that doesn't mean its not on my bucket list. This hotel is amazing with a phenomenal rooftop review. The staff is very welcoming and the structure of this hotel just takes your breathe away. I photographed a wedding here in September of 2020 and everything was beautiful and intimate. My clietnts were happy with their images and their experience with Hotel Bennett as a whole. Great customer service.

Outstanding. I’ve been to hotels across the world, and Hotel Bennett might be the single best I’ve stayed at. Ever. The King’s Club is a jewel with both outstanding staff and amazing amenities. If you come to Charleston and stay anywhere else, you’re a fool. I’d give it ten stars if that was an option. Just perfect.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!! Not only is the property absolutely gorgeous but the service was AMAZING with a BIG dose of that “Southern Hospitality” I had heard so much about. A special shout out to Kat and Jess at the lobby bar for the great service and to Charlie at the concierge for going above and beyond and getting that reservation we so wanted!!!

I stayed at the Hotel Bennett, and I had multiple complaints about photography in the common areas, and the management refused to address it. I was finally spoken to by the marketing manager, Leslie, because I came across her face to face in the lobby, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. While I would love to give her a five star review, I refuse to acknowledge this hotel for the five star service from Leslie, in comparison to being ignored and denied a response by any other part of the team, until I came across an employee who was willing to help, face to face. Maybe a review will merit an acknowledgment from the management that denied my multiple complaints and improve further customer service in the future.
