The Air Condition made a whinny noise as it was shutting off.nThe floor in the room was uneven, which I did point out to the attendant on duty.nFor the Price, I was pleased.nI always do a bed inspection for bedbugs and was pleased to see no traces of bedbugs on the bed or walls.nI liked the area and location, it was easy to access and local to the attractions I was visiting.nI think the attendant on duty was very nice. She said she had been there for a few years.nThe pool temp was a little bit warmer than expected, but it was ok.nOverall the stay was pleasant.
Great service! Lillian the front desk clerk was above and beyond helpful with suggestions on questions we had about the area as well as printing out directions for us to find angel oak! A++ thank you!
Service was excellent but there is not vending machines nor snack and drink at the hotel to purchase. But thank God the night attendant turned on the drink machine for breakfast to get something to drink and a snack from the back. It was late and cold outside.
Very clean rooms nice staff indoor heated pool is very heated it felt great one of the best heated pools I've been to in a few years prices are great the only thing is that they haven't started serving the hot breakfast yet due to covid but they are giving out biscuits of your choice and pastries of your choice its also conveniently located next door to a waffle house and across the street from McDonald's incase you want something different all around great place
Stay here often on business and have no complaints. Staff is very friendly and quick to resolve any issues you may have.nHighly recommend!!!
