Very impressed with this hotel. Our suite had a kitchen which was very clean and the beds are comfortable along with the bedding. The staff was very welcoming and they are extremely pet friendly! We brought our lab and they have a special pet walking area along with a door tag to hang on the door to let others and housekeeping know that there is a pet in the room. Location is great and easy to get everywhere. We will definitely be back!
We had our wedding in their bridgeview room and it was perfect! Elizabeth was amazing to work with, she made sure that our day was so special, went above and beyond. The view is breathtaking and the price very affordable. Rooms are all suites and were just what we needed for getting ready before hand.
This is a perfect home away from home. The staff keeps the property immaculate, even the elevators are washed daily! Beautiful accommodations including small sofas, desks, dishes, dishwasher. Bed is very comfortable, linens and pillows are great quality. Outside seating with fire pit. Friendly staff!
Beautiful and comfortable room, more like a suite tho tell the truth. The reason of my 3 stars is because it’s disappointing find in a beautiful but with these terrible errors. Before tell what I found I can tell because at certain point of my life I was the Head Housekeeper Supervisor in a very well known hotel chain. The bathroom: the top holder is loose, one of the soap holder was dirty, a thick long black hair was in the bathtub and to plastic hangers from the previous guest (that is a big no, no) for not keep mentioning other things like the shower curtain, it wasn’t properly set. I took pictures if the management want to confirm what I’m stating.
After searching for an AirBnB and being disappointed with the exorbitant taxes, fees, and nightly rates we booked a long stay at StayBridge Suites. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The breakfast was always pleasant and the women serving you always kind. The front desk staff was quite helpful whenever we needed something. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel - it’s close enough to downtown Charleston without the insanely high downtown rates and quite pleasant. The balcony suite worked brilliantly despite the streaming noise from the bridge traffic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
