Checked in and left to Ruby Tuesdays that is front of the hotel. Come back and the toilet is has a lot of toilet paper in it. Flush it and water doesn't go down. AC is on and the knob isn't working properly. Had to take my time to get it to turn off. Bed was firm but comfortable. But lot's of noise from cars and people walking around outside. Staff is nice. Room was clean.
The maid left cleaning rags in the room, but no face clothes. Ice machine broken on first floor had to go upstairs. Asked for a smoking room n they gave us a smoking room that someone else was in. When they switched we ended up with a non smoking room. We aren't going back.
Room was filthy nasty. Sheets, blanket, and pillow cases were dingy and fresh dirt all over. It appears they just put the same linen back in bed from previous customer. They brought more sheets and they were just as bad. Then the lady at from desk says to guy to get a brand new set from out bag. I had to put linen on bed myself. I sprayed my entire can of Lysol over the whole room. Room smells horrible. I went back up to desk and decided to leave. The other guy at front desk says. I told her to put y’all on the other side where the new renovations were done. He gave me a key for that side but sheets had cigarette burns, room smell moldy and like sewage. I checked out and wet to another hotel.

Yuk! Was not comfortable at all. It was like staying in a drug house. Needs to be renovated and updated in all aspects, especially the employees.
