I had a lovely stay at this hotel. There's a very fancy common area with a big fireplace. Outside next to the pool is another common area with a big fire pit. It would have been nice to enjoy the fire pit if it hadn't been raining. The decor in the halls and rooms is also very nice with a sophisticated feel. I stayed on the fourth floor. The elevator ride was interestingly slow. For a moment, it made me think it was going to stop working. All of the staff and other guests I encountered were very nice and had the weather been better it was have been a pleasure to go walking around the surrounding neighborhood. The area is very beautifully designed.
Courtyard really disappointed me this time. I have been staying here for the past 4 years and I never experienced what I did last week. I had my room booked for weeks. The day before I checked in I did a mobile check in for 10am the next day of arrival. I got there around 3pm and my room was still not ready for me to check in. I waited in the lobby area for 20 to 25 minutes for some lady to tell me that my room is not suitable for me to stay there. Apparently the guest before me messed up the bath tub and that room had to be blocked off. That is totally not my problem. That is very poor customer service.nnPS: I hope my next visit with Courtyard Marriott be more successful. I stay here too much to be having very bad customer service.
It was conveniently located to be able to walk to different eating and drinking venues. The bed was a little to firm for my liking but overall it was a nice place to stay.
Clean with great customer service. Bar is open in the evening. Walk to multiple restaurants all price points.
Katie is always on top notch... She always my favorite room assigned for me if possible.. She is AMAZING!!! Hotel is always clean and very comfortable.. this is home away from home!! We'll see y'all again soon!!!
