Kip at the front desk is amazing! We got in town early & I stopped in to see how early I could check in & he indicated 1:00pm; but, he gave me a call at 11:00 to let me know we could check in!

Love the suites. Huge rooms with couches. Plenty of space. One thing tho....all the mysterious hairs found thru out the room especially in the bathroom.itvdidnt feel like a clean room. The beds were clean no hairs so that was a plus. Still could've been cleaner.

For the most part this hotel was very nice and comfortable to stay in. There were a couple of things that bothered us, the first impressionable smell that we had to walk through as it was right at foyer in the room. Right in the foyer of course is the door to the room and of course the door the bath room. The smell wasn’t “awful” so to speak as it was just more or less a slight annoyance it went away after running the air conditioning for the most part, but every now and then it would reappear. Secondly, the light switch to the bathroom was on the wall outside of the bathroom and if someone wasn’t careful it would get cut off while someone would be in there taking a shower or other business. Also, there was NO bathroom exhaust fan, and that in my opinion is unacceptable for several OBVIOUS REASON! 1) smells 2) shower humidity or steam. And finally the TV remote didn’t work very well, for example in order shut the TV off I had to unplug the TV to do so.

Very disappointed with this establishment. Booked 2 rooms online due an emergency (lighting struck are home and firefighters asked us to stay in a hotel) But when we went to check in we were informed that we would not be able to stay in there establishment due to living close to them. Front desk employee said we could call the manager to try to get a room, but he would not be in until the morning. Guess it’s ok to stay in the car with children. Just hope they refund our money.
