Do not waste your money. We had forgotten several items in the room and called instantly to tell them. We asked to pay for for them to ship it being we live 4 hours away, however our items were never “found”. Therefore, someone whether a maid or hotel worker took them. That is illegal and called stealing. I spoke to a manager and she couldn’t even offer us anything for having our items stolen. Not even a refund or an apology. Do not waste your money unless you want your stuff stolen. Will be contacting corporate as well.

Excellent experience for our family! The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and made it feel like we were truly welcome. Front desk staff was very attentive to our requests for extra towels, early check in and late check out. Our room was perfectly clean and the rest of the property looked like it was cleaned with care as well. Breakfast was great, with friendly staff that boxed up our meals carefully and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy a good breakfast in our room. Location was great, we could walk to a park and had great restaurant options right next to the hotel. Would recommend this location to anyone!

The staff is what makes this hotel shine! Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. There was a delay getting my room, but I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, slept well. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Not impressed with the breakfast situation, where they make the plates for you. I realize it’s due to the current situation, but would be a lot faster, and less people standing around waiting if they’d let everyone fix their own breakfast.

Nice location and property. Many different shops and restaurants within easy walk. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was very tasty!
