This my 1st time staying in the Homewood side and it's very nice! The room is spacious, clean and the digital key for check-in is always a plus. My only concern are the pillows ud83dude2b the pillows go flat almost instantly! The bed is super comfortable but the pillows make it hard to relax until you build your fort lol

Pros: Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I felt welcomed when I came in. Policies were explained re: room cleaning. I usually don't like to have my room cleaned when I'm not there anyhow so this made me very happy that I didn't need to use the do not disturb door hanger. The main points of the room were clean, however there was something sticky on the tile floors so those could have been cleaner. There was an attendant for the complimentary breakfast who handled the food which slowed down the service somewhat but it was fine with me. Hotel kitchens are notorious for undercooking scrambled eggs and this one was no exception so when I requested a boiled egg I was very surprised when they actually boiled an egg, just for me. When I made the request I expected that they would have some already prepared for salads and whatnot and would not have requested one to be boiled for me, but was pleasantly surprised. The ice machine is in a room all by itself with a drain in it. That room smelled like sewage. It was really gross. Other than that....the room was roomy, I did make use of the fridge and microwave and both worked as expected.

We booked a king suite room and received a confirmation email confirming such. We arrived at the hotel an hour and a half past the check in time and was told not only was the room not available but someone changed our reservation to a double bed room. The front desk clerk was less than accommodating and told us that they were overbooked and under staffed and only solution offered was to cancel our reservation and leave us without a place to stay. Subsequent call to Hilton customer service resulted in the desk clerk fabricating a story that they had our room but we refused to wait, which was a total fabrication. Thanks for not honoring our reservation and only offering a few honors points for leaving us stranded! Marriott here we come!

Extremely clean and great COVID measures in place. Extremely convenient to a lot of fun things. We will stay again for sure and recommend other to do so.
