Michelle at the breakfast bar this morning (Christmas Day 2020) is the best. Great personality and attitude even though working on Christmas (in a pandemic). Ground floor room close to exit is perfectly convenient, since we have a dog. Room is clean and well maintained. Pet area is also clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Location is great. Would stay here again, definitely.
My family and I stayed at this property 2 times and we absolutely love our stay. The staff was excellent! Miss Hope at the front desk was amazing and so was the breakfast attendant. I would definitely recommend!
The outside of the building is a very welcoming. The overall hotel seems to be clean,but my room had hair everywhere and stains on everything. It just showed that the cleaning crew simply didn't clean the room. I am a germaphobe, so I always clean behind them and had to do a thorough job in order to be a peace.
We loved the location. Very close to everything and anything we could think of or need to get to. The room was very big for 3 guest plus your pet. Loved the layout of the cabinets, pull out drawers, the kitchenette, and the size of the shower. Not a fan of bathtub shower combos. The beds were comfortable enough and linens were soft. The only downside was the pocket sliding door didn't stay closed. Had to shove a towel underneath the the small gap to keep it close. The size of the closet could've been expanded by a few feet. The dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away by the housekeeping staff. Where's the responsibility on their end? Other then that a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.
The hotel was spacious and quiet. The water pressure was low and the internet was slllooooowwwwwwww.nthe pool was clean. The people were friendly. I would definitely back . Highly recommended
