Pleasant and lovely stay. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious, modern, clean, super comfortable bed. Nice view of a swamp lake area with ducks and close to everything in Charleston.
Very nice location just an easy walk to plenty of good food. Lots of trees surrounding the property. Staff was very nice and the room was immaculately clean.
The lady at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. Main reason for 4 not 5 stars was subpar continental breakfast with covid restrictions. Room was clean (except for a sticky substance on the bedside table likely left from a drink) and conducive to being able to work. Workout room was open (big plus right now with Covid) and all equipment was clean and in good condition.
Over all this was a nice hotel. Just didnt like the fact that the black out curtains couldn't be closed and the room was super bright every morning
The front desk clerk was the best. She was very kind, courteous and considerate. The room was nice. Comfortable King Bed. Big bathroom, nice shower. The only slight set back there was no microwave in the room.
