The accommodations are good (for a motel) but the wifi was pretty lame. The television is powered by Direct TV and I couldn't get half the channels promised by the motel.
The blonde woman at the front desk today was one of the rudest people we have ever met. Our first experience with her was witnessing her argue with a woman as we checked in telling the woman she didn’t pay when she had already paid. The woman checking in had proof which was eventually honored, but I found the whole thing to be so unprofessional. We later asked for a cot and the woman said, “Sir, the room has two beds.” My husband explained that we knew the room had two beds but we needed a cot (personal). The woman said, “uh, no sir, not that you can use.” She then turned to her coworker right in front of my husband and said, “I’m not dealing with THAT.” If we weren’t so tired, we’d check out this very minute. We will be looking tomorrow for a new place to finish our vacation. I’m so disappointed. Not to mention how loud our hall neighbors have been. There is NO sound barrier.

This hotel is my home away from home, and I'm not mad about it. I've stayed here for a lot of the year, and can't think of a single bad experience. A perfectly fine place to stay.
