My car broke down on the side of the road and we had to find a last minute place to stay over night, it was 10pm on a Saturday night, we had to book for two nights because mechanic shops are not open on Sundays. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my mom and was super friendly. We were traveling from Las Vegas, NV to Chattanooga, TN and had to be towed to the property. The night clerk took the time to help us find a mobile mechanic by calling local tow companies for recommendations for a mobile mechanic that would work Sunday. She literally saved use. The morning clerk also helped us with tools to get my batter out the car. Thankfully they’re right next to Super Walmart with a tire center, we walked over to get a new battery. The staff at this place was AMAZING which made all the difference. The room was also nice and clean and they’re conveniently located next to multiple restaurants and stores. The the mechanic showed up the next morning, fixed my car, was really friendly, and had us on our way in no time. I’m thankful I chose to stay at the Super 8 that night, without the staffs help I would have been lost. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Very friendly when checking in, service provided went above and beyond. Had a designated veteran parking place. Room had refrigerator, was spacious, and very clean! Enjoyed our stay ud83dude0a
The accomodations were acceptable though not spectacular for a simple overnight stay enroute to another destination. We stayed in a room that opened up to the parking lot which was very helpful. While the room was three stars, I am giving our stay four stars because the manager/owner and his wife were very helpful in working with Expedia to refund our next two nights' stay because due to an error in the online post done by Expedia, we did not have space for three persons as had been advertized. We were SO thankful for their cooperation rather than making excuses as some others might have done. Thanks again! :-)
