Stayed here for a couple hours after getting caught up in the winter storm. Room was very clean and nice. Unfortunately, my car got stuck in the snow at the entrance of the hotel and it was impossible to move in the middle of the night. Ian, who worked at the front desk was understanding and made sure to follow up and help with getting the car out with the help of some others. Thank you for your service & kindness!

Lovely, clean room but missed the breakfast we paid for cause it closed at 9 am on a Sunday. Can I recommend 10? Staff very polite.

Beautiful facility. makeup. Service.. Wish they had better lighting in the rooms. Can barely read by lights & bath sink light is almost useless for putting on makeup.

Due to covid-19 there were to be safety guidelines in place for the morning breakfast, which were not followed by the attendee of the breakfast station, who stated her name was Becky.nnPatrons were to wear masks and gloves when handling the food supplied for the breakfast. Most of the patrons were not doing so, especially the gloves, and when I asked the employee whether or not she intended to do something about the fact that they were wearing no gloves and some no mask she simply stated it was okay to which I expressed to her it was not okay there were guidelines in place for the health and safety of everyone. I asked her if she was going to do something about it or have someone else do something about it and she said no. She put everyone who was eating there that morning in jeopardy by not following your guidelines.nnAdditionally, every sanitation station on the ground-floor of that hotel had no antibacterial gel in there dispensers. Every single one was empty.

Really nice hotel in a great location. It seemed to be a new location and rooms were exquisite. I'll stay here again if I get the chance
