We love the room. The pool is heated witch for me is great haven back surgery in all beds was just right everyone was nice and outgoing. We will be back
We got a two bed with a pull out couch (for three people) I wasn’t expecting much for the $80 price, but the first room had old clothes the previous person, the fold out couch had many urine stains, and no sheets or comforter. We requested another room and they were nice enough to give us another room. We got to the other room and there were still stains on the pull out mattress and still no sheets but I went downstairs and asked for some sheets and a comforter, she gave me sheets and said the comforter was in the washer and to come back and get it later, about 6 hours later I came back to get a comforter and towels and she said the entire hotel was “running low” and gave us neither, so I will be sleeping in a cold bed tonight with no comforter. It was a bad stay and a bad trashy hotel but I will say the lady at the counter was very nice and polite.
As a long standing diamond member with choice (5 years), I will never stay or attempt to stay here again. I travel and get hotel rooms four nights a week and keep having problems at this particular establishment. The staff aren’t very polite or reasonable and there are better hotels in the area anyways.
Good hotel...good quality for price. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Room was good size. Situated out of the way but close to everything. They are serving breakfast but it was same thing everyday. It was ok. I would stay here again.
Always a pleasure to stay here, usually the Jacuzzi Suite. Always clean, great helpful staff. Only issue is the pool is cloudy ...So I'll give it an A-
