Stopped in quick for a replacement tire for my son. They were busy but still very friendly. When they didn’t have the basic version of a tire tube I needed, the owner offered me an upgraded one for cost.nnI’ve never found a great bike shop in my 40 years living around here, (there are some known ones but they haven’t always been what I consider nice). Well, I guess I just found one! Hope they do well, Chelmsford is better with them.

The owner Todd has been fantastic. I have a old Trek 4500 and he has kept me on the trials all summer. Fantastic service, great prices and super helpful.nI have brought all my families bikes here for work and highly recommend him to everyone.

Went in for a bike tune up. They looked over everything and did a great job on fixing my flat (replaced the inner tube), cleaning up my bike, etc all for a very fair price. My bike now rides like a dream.nnI do think there is room for improvement on communication. They told me the tune up would take 2 weeks, then I got a text 12 days later telling me my bike was ready. My last bike shop (currently closed due to COVID) did a better job communicating. They would call me in the middle of the job to let me know what needed fixing and how much replacement parts would cost. Also, when I would come in to pick up my bike, they would point out to me parts that I need to keep an eye on as they wear down.nnOverall can't complain. Quality job.

Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced and prompt. I have stopped in with quick questions and got good quick answers how to fix, and offer of products that may be needed, but with no pressure.They have always taken the time to listen, answer and offer solutions to my bike needs. I highly recommend the Bike Shop and will continue to support the local business. Keep up the great work guys!

I had bought a new chain online for my bike but needed it shortened. I walked in expected I had to buy a new chain breaker and shorten it myself but the person working helped me out and did it in the shop so I didn't need to buy the breaker - something I'm more sure a ton of bike shops would do. They had all the essentials a bike shop has, so I bought a spare tube. Very happy with the service
