Not great but I mean you get what you pay for. Water/electricity included, decent street parking, good neighborhood, good proximity to the university. Units are 3x3 and each have their own bathroom. In-unit washer and dryer. Maintenance usually responds to inquiries in a timely manner.nnAll things considered there are definitely worse options for student living. This isn't going to impress anyone but it gets the job done for a reasonable price considering its location.
Previously lived here for 3 years (2016-2019) while attending NC State for my undergrad. Although it may not have all the crazy amenities other complexes offer, I consider this place to be a diamond in the rough. This complex has the best value by far when compared to other 3 Bed/ 3 Bath apartments in the area. Don't get me wrong it is by no means perfect, there are the occasional bugs that get in, but they spray once a month to limit the amount of critters that make it in. Some of the other tenets can be rowdy occasionally, but you have to remember that this is an area filled with college students. Maintenance is very reliable and we never had any problems getting things fixed, just be kind and patient when putting in a request. If you are in need of somewhere to live I definitely recommend this complex, it is nothing flashy, but serves as an excellent place to live while attending college.
