I shop at this Walgreens frequently since it is close to my home. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience tonight at the Walgreens located at 3101 New Bern Ave. Due to a mixup (on my part) the manager on duty tonight,(7pm) I believe his name is Marcus. He was so helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make things right and I really do appreciate it. I wish there were more companies who still believe in giving great customer service.nThanks again for your help and time.

I went to pick up a online order the manager came out her name is Onnie atleast that's what she told me. She told me there was no order listed for my daughter I showed her the order and confirmation she still proceeded to tell me it wasn't there. I asked for a manager she said very rudely that she was the manager so I asked her what she was going to do about the situation she told me to call a 1-800 number maybe they could help I then had my daughter on the phone who is a shift leader at another Walgreens, she told me what to tell the manager to do to find the order the manager had a nerve to tell me I should have said that in the beginning I told her wasnt my job she should know what to do she was very rude and unprofessional and yes she went right in the store after my daughter gave her instructions she didnt say thank you or anything I was upset at her behavior and I did tell her maybe she needed more training. I will not shop in that store again

It's just okay. Nothing stands out as special. The employees are not very friendly. The store itself is clean and well stocked.
