Called in to transfer a prescription today. I spoke with Nicole who helped me in a matter of minutes and was extremely kind and helpful with what I needed. Great service!!!
Tried to get a covid test. Arrived 15 min early. The pharmacy line had about 5 - 6 cars in it. I waited in that line for 35min and only moved up one car. I cannot imagine what would take so long. I understand that they may have been understaffed but if so, hire more people! Put more people on the schedule for days you have a lot of covid testing (I made an appointment they knew I was coming). Ended up canceling. If it takes 35min per car I'd have been there all day. Insane.
Waited in line for an hour to get a covid test for the pharmacist to tell me his camera is down and he couldn't take a picture of my insurance card so I couldn't get tested. He wouldn't even enter it in manually. I was told I would have to come back and wait in the line again to get my test. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Please do not go here.
I called the night pharmacist to fill a pet prescription and he delivered for me while saving me hundreds of dollars; highly reccomended!
Covid test on Monday, no result after 6 days. Useless.
