This is a great place and the staff is nice me and a few friends were there yesterday and it was so fun the dude who owns it is really nice he helped my friend with a trick and he wasn’t rude wearing a mask when you are out there with friends that haven’t had covid is annoying but otherwise it was awesome would recommend to book a private session.

(Or hot I would imagine) especially for spectators -layer up etc.nnConsider reserving open sessions if u are doing a bday party in am -2 hours while trying to incorporate riding with food/cake/gift etc would be tight for kids to enjoy themselves without being rushednnHaving a PM bday party is the better option if that could be worked out (may be worth reserving sessions for your attendees) and foregoing access to party roomnnThere are a couple of tables for regular usennCustomer service - super helpful. Bo helped me coordinate our party, and the staff was informed as he wasn’t there that day- everyone was nice and helpful.nnPretty Clean facility, and COVID protocols in place

Stricter mask rules than any other establishments we attend, including our gyms (O2 & Planet Fitness).nnYoung pubescent rude kids running the place speaking to the adults like they’re their high school buddies.nnNice place for kids to ride, but too bad it’s ran the way it is.

Hugely disappointed. This is not the facility it was several years ago. About a third the size and none of the ramps line up. It is now ran by scooters and clearly for scooters. This was a sad experience seeing what they have done with the place.
