They are run down. Could be fixed up yes. Maintaince could be a lot better. Very hard to keep warm in winter. Very hard to keep cool in the summer.

I have lived here 2 or 3 times in the passed and if you need somewhere to go for a few months just don't it to know anyone who lives there and you will be ok ud83dude0a

Manager is rude and nasty, owner is worse, tenants steal and then sell to neihbors who sell it back to you

Bad place to live. They don't take care of their rental property. And have alot of drug activities going on.
