The place has gone to hell. I'm out. The new manager is a joke and they are up for a master lease. What a joke good luck to all the stuck residents.
Personal the people aren't bad, but this place isn't that nice. Not saying I hate it. But it could definitely do with more stuff. There isn't a pool. And we aren't allowed to have any decent sized pools at all..
$800 a month park rent?! This juice is not worth the squeeze
All the reviews are from people who DONT LIVE HERE!! There are NO community events....and lot rent increases every year between $20 to $30...Fees are HIGH ...and you dont get much!
Management sucks and the rent is ridiculous (almost $800 just for the yard)
