Americas Best Value Inn Roxboro

I paid for 2 nights but something came up so I have to leave the next day. I called and asked to put my 2nd night on my credit card and was told they don't give refunds. Well I guess there is a free room for someone. I didn't see anything not saying they do refunds but it is what it is. I will go stay at one of the better hotels in town next ti.e I come through. The least they could do is let a homeless person have the room for the night since I won't be here.

Terrible conditions, huge lack of cleaning much less disinfecting the Room! Staying here for my 5th time and disgusted that the quality has degraded during the time of covid19 and requested a refund for the 2nd and 3rd nights

Could have done better job cleaning and disinfecting rooms. Dust on shelve under TV, toothpaste on mirror, dust and plastic tab under chair, dust under bed, dust and debris under dresser and hairs in the bathtub. No evidence room was disinfected. Great price even though I paid more because I thought I was talking to Quality Inn reservations instead was talking to Reservations.com and 219.00 for two nights DON'T USE THIRD PARTIES TO GET A ROOM ANYWHERE. They took additional 20.00 service fee.nThe front counter was concerned about our complaints and took note. Only complaint was with the maid service. I usually leave the maids tips but not in this case.

Good clean rooms. Close to stores. Excellent rates

I have stayed at this establishment overnight when I visit my mother that had just moved to roxboro . The rooms were nice and I felt very comfortable . I brought my girlfriend and my son one weekend . My girlfriend is Africa American . A few weeks later I returned to visit my mother and I went to the motel to rent a room for a night . The older lady desk clerk told me she had no more single beds for one person and if I rented a room I had to pay for a double . I was tired and agreed . The next day I went and returned the key and was told I could not get my five bucks back because it was five min past 11. What is five min ? I left . A few weeks later I cane to rent a room and was told I was on the do not rent list . I asked why I didn’t cause problems and been renting a room there for the last three years . The lady desk clerk said I argued to her about the five bucks deposit key . No I didn’t . Then she said I got seven calls in the room . My son was in the hospital and my girlfriend was updating me in his condition . She said in a rude voice I told you no and that’s it and walked away . Now why all of a sudden after I brought my girlfriend there for a weekend everything changed ? Also not to rent me a room because I got seven phone calls ! Those are excuses because these people have a problem with a white male being with a African American woman , they had no problems with me before I brought my girlfriend . I was hurt and falsely accused Of being difficult , I am very upset over this
