Quiet neighborhood.. super safe and maintained now that there is new management

I manage the park and maintenance and have lived here for 2 years very safe and decent place to reside.

Safe park, and good atmosphere. The management is upfront ,and honest to tenants. The park is always left in good repair. Compared to other parks I've lived in, this one has been one of the best looking parks. I have more pride in ownership, because the trailers, and the park as a whole look like a place I love to call home!

Nice decent park, good place for kids and new management has really started too make place look better

Overall great experience living here. It's a safe and well kept environment. I would recommend this park to anyone looking to live in the Statesville area.
