Comfort Inn & Suites Statesville - Mooresville

Place nice enough, safe and quiet. Just little things. First thing was the $250 dollar security deposit! I’ve been to 5 star hotel that don’t charge that much. Then when I walked in my room fire alarm making noise from low battery or whatever. There was only one towel for shower and that’s it. No wash clothes or hand towels. One of light cases was on counter with out a lightbulb in it. Then to top it off there is coffee in the room but no coffee maker. This comfort inn by far worst I’ve ever been to. Normally I’d give em 5 stars but this one really dropped the ball.

Could not possibly be rated a choice motel. The place is very dated and in need of upgrades. After 2 rooms with plugged sinks, and trash left in waste baskets, we settled on the 3rd room. Too tired to travel any farther. Later found drink rings on night stand. Microwave with dried on food explosion inside, and in the morning brown stain on the 2nd unused towel. The room could not have been sanitized.nThe 1 star rating:The shower was good with hot, soft water. Have to give them that. And the desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

Very nice room. Clean and nice smelling. Even in our smoking room, (hubby smokes, I do not) I could not smell the smoke when we entered. The desk clerk was very friendly.

Parked in the back in a well lit parking lot by a bright billboard only to have my truck broken into. And to find out only a month prior there was a break in in the same parking area. The security cameras either point in the wrong direction or at the ground. If you have to stay here park up front and make sure your vehicle is well seen.

Our company has been staying here for a few months during our project and i just wanted to say how wonderful and helpful Rachel has been with our accommodations every week! She always helps with whatever reservations or questions we have, and is always a joy to interact with :)
