Best Western Statesville Inn

Check in relatively easy. Clerk pretty friendly, and accommodated my requests as much as possible. Room was ok. There were several issues that I have documented in pictures. There was drug paraphernalia in the night stand.empty. plastic ramekin of some dried sauce. Toilet handle broken, but could still flush. ( really loudly)nThere was some kind of leak on side of toilet between toilet and tub. I pointed these things out to desk when I checked out. They charged weekend rate, but to save packing up and moving , paid a little more. Breakfast is a brown bag, and choices are limited.nOverall stay was pretty good, but the cleanliness was questionable ..

We had a nice room on the first floor that was off the breezeway so it was more private. This is a large property. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. As a BW Rewards member, I would say it is in the top 25% in places I've stayed.nI miss the breakfast and will be glad when the virus is history!

I enjoyed my stay that this Best Western. It was right off the highway and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The pet relief area was a good size and my room was a good size. I was able to set up my large kennel and still have lots of space. The only cons are that the bed was definitely soft and could use replacing, the door locks were tricky and the rooms could use a bit of an update to hardwood floor versus carpet. Overall I would stay here again.

Beth and the rest of staff were super friendly. Did a great job. Rooms are ok, for the price & 2 big dogs, not bad.

Room was fine. I was staying using Best Western rewards points which made my 2 night reservation free yet the front desk charged my credit card twice for the stay. I'm not happy about having the funds removed from my account and then having to wait up to 7 business days for the money to be refunded to my account.
