Red Roof Inn Hendersonville

My stay was excellent! This place was amazing and well worth our money! Very clean, and cozy! I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to this side of NC! The staff was very polite and courteous! Rooms were very nice and loved the accomodations that were included!

No frills! Beds are okay....not comfortable but not the worst. Place is clean enough. There is an Outback Steakhouse right across the parking lot- easily able to walk. Hostess at the front counter was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel for the value I paid. The hotel is next to Outback Steakhouse....The money I saved staying here I spent at Outback and enjoyed a fantastic dinner and few drinks. Very nice and quiet place.

Checked in late and evening staff was very helpful and kind. Room had sticky floors and smelly bed sheets. Morning staff was VERY rude! Went outside to a flat tire and luckily we had a compressor on our trailer. The morning staff stated they didn't have a plug in and couldn't help in any way. Luckily the Outback Steakhouse employees were very helpful and have compassion. They helped us without question. Our youngest child had to go to the bathroom while fixing the tire and the front desk employees refused to let him use the bathroom while paying $100+ to stay in the room for the night, you think they would be more helpful! Do NOT recommend at all!

Disgusting. All rooms are pet rooms and they dont even make an attempt at keeping them clean. We had multiple rooms and all were 100% they same linens as the people before us. I could give you the breeds for the people before us because All rooms were covered in dog hair!! One room the air went out, another the toilet leaked, another had a BIG dog barking incessantly next door. No laundry, gym or even grills outside. Employees take incessant smoke breaks and most certainly will make you wait till their finished before helping you. This place sucked!
