Only reason it gets 2 stars is the desk clerks were awesome and it was decently clean. THIS PLACE HAS PICTURES OF “ITS SUITES” however when you get there and check in you find out that those rooms don’t even exist, not to mention I specifically NEEDED a room like what was pictured because I just had shoulder surgery and I can’t lay flat so I have to sleep in a recliner or on a couch. The shower was so small you couldn’t take one with the curtain closed because it would constantly stick to you. The shower head was old and very worn out,the water pressure was so bad it was hard to rinse off. I RECOMMEND STAYING ACROSS THE STREET AT HAMPTON INN ITS ONLY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND IS WAY NICER AND ACTUALLY HAS A HOT BREAKFAST!!!!!nnDONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Shower and hair dryer what you'd expect from a hotel, bring your own hair dryer if you have thick hair and use one. Other than that, I thought the price was great. Expected a run down hotel, but it was surprisingly decent. The best things here are: #1 ALICIA at the front desk. She is super nice and very accommodating. She is quite the asset here. #2- 3 dogs allowed! Awesome. #3 - pillows are comfy! A first at any hotel I've ever been to and the little shampoo and conditioner were Matrix brand. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Alicia!!!

Very disappointed! Booked in advance and received a confirmation email. We needed a pet friendly place while plumbing was being repaired in our home. Apparently they don't rent to locals. I was not informed of this until I was trying to check in. When I asked why I didn't even get a call to inform me of this the woman at the desk shrugged her shoulders at me and told me she had canceled the reservation that morning. When I again probed her about not calling to let me know she again shrugged and ignored me. Definitely not very good customer service. My family has used this particular hotel several times recently. I will not have them stay there again. The price is not worth the lack of common courtesy and their terrible customer service.nIf I was able to give zero stars I would!

For the most part we very happy with our stay. The room was extremely clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the water pressure is horrible and that makes it hard for someone that has thick hair.

The worse hotel I ever been.nUncomfortable room, small bathroom and they will try to take advantage on you.nnI have a pet they saw at the check in than I have a small dog and they didn’t told me nothing about charge for this.nnWhen I left they call me and said I need to pay US$ 40 dollars just because i had my pet. This is no right.nnIf you think about to stay on this terrible hotel make sure they don’t take advantage on you like they did with me.nnI’ll never stay on this hotel anymore.
