Quality Inn & Suites Hendersonville - Flat Rock

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, everything looked and smelled new and clean. They found ways to provide the same level of service and exceeded expectations, while following Covid restrictions, including with breakfast. Many hotels of this type try to cut corners but the management here clearly understands the benefits of running a top notch establishment.

Two friends and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Flat Rock, North Carolina, for a little over six weeks. We were waiting for our house to be ready to move into and had expected to stay at the hotel for two weeks. Delay after delay kept us there for six. The hotel is excellent. Everything was spotless and there were often people outside sprucing up the grounds to keep them looking nice. We especially appreciated the managers, Rema and Sunny, for being so kind and for working with us to keep us in the same room all the time, even as we constantly changed our check out date. They were consistently kind and helpful, always greeting us and asking us if there was anything they could do. If I ever need a place to stay locally again, this will be it.

Nice hotel. Very clean. I didn't like the heating and cooling system because it cuts off when the room reaches a specific temperature. I like the option to keep my thermostat to run on fan.

Fantastically placed for short distances to various wineries as well as gorgeous hikes. Room was beautiful with comfortable bed & pillows, a hot shower, granite countertops plus a cozy fireplace!

Great room even had hot tub which was nice. Pleasant place to stay with reasonable rates. I will be back.
