Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hendersonville Flat Rock

Very nice hotel! Has a small pool and serves a complimentary breakfast in the morning. Before we arrived we reserved our room for 3 people. When we got there, the bed was already made and we did not have to ask for any extra blankets, which we usually have to do with other hotels. Our room was big, since we ended up with the handicap room (all the other rooms were probably just full). Overall a pleasant hotel and a nice place to stay for a couple nights.

Excellent staff! Wonderful modern hotel. There is a small indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is grab and go but they offer a wide variety. We enjoyed our stay!

Even though COVID-19 is still in full swing, our stay was outstanding. We always stay with Marriott but this is by far the cleanest and nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were able to provide the best help when we needed anything. 10/10 would highly recommend a stay! It’s not too far from chimney rock or snow tubing! We had an awesome weekend getaway here!

It was first time we stayed at Fairfield Inn brand. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed one of the toilet paper only had less than half roll left. I am not sure if that is standard practice for Fairfield inn? I stayed at other Marriott properties it was always two new rolls of toilet paper, however not here.nnWhat made things more odd was, we saw there were alcohol wipes on top of the nightstand in the room. however it was previously open and used, not sure why they left us used wipes on nightstand.nnBesides some hairs on the towels, everything else was okay.

This is such a nice place to stay in this area! VERY clean! The staff is so helpful, plus they have an awesome concessions area if you need any late night beer or Ice cream ud83eudd2dnChad and Cici were so kind to my girlfriend and her 2 kids, they brought any extras we needed straight to our room and were such genuinely kind people! Usually I don't expect such an open armed staff at chain hotels, but they really make us feel welcome.
