Quality Inn Roanoke Near Lake Gaston

We were greeted by wonderful Michelle. Room very clean. Cracker Barrel conveniently located next door. In the morning Demi was like a little breakfast angel keeping up with all the breakfasts to go. The little brown bags were a cute touch with sweet messages written on them. Nice touch!

Worst hotel ever. The first room they gave me was disgusting. The second room wasn’t much better. It’s dirty, some of the lights don’t work or are completely missing bulbs. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper. The sheets were clearly not washed. The only saving grace was the lovely lady at the front desk who was very friendly.

Quality In only the name! DIRTY ROOMS FLOOR WAS NOT VACUUMED, towels had stains. Mild on bath walls, found a cotton tip and trash under bed. Noisy, could hear the people talking on the side room and going up and down steps. Alarm went off at 5am had to unplug it. Pillows need retirement and sheets had burnt cigar holes. Lacks much.

The rooms are dirty, I stayed there for 3 nights. The first night my key card stopped working. the second night the same thing and 3rd night same thing. Had to get the card reset every night I was there which was a very big disappointment and inconvenience. also they charged my card too much and never refunded my money. Would never stay there again.

Very disappointed. Got there, said they were sold out, I told them I had a reservation, they could not find it. When I mentioned that I booked it on line, she miraculously found it, except I booked a king non smoking, and she said all they had left were smoking rooms. I thought when you booked a room, they gave you what you booked and paid for. As to being sold out the parking lot was virtually empty, and there was no bus around. When I got in the room, the bed looked like someone had rolled around in it, the shower surround had cracks, and water stains on the ceiling. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned in a long time as there were stains on the bottom.
