Baymont by Wyndham Roanoke Rapids

Stayed at this location for 13 weeks on a travel assignment and had no issues!!! I am very grateful for the hospitality and kindness from all their staff. They were very friendly and kind and have great people that represent this place. It was great getting to know some of them. I also want to give a shout out to Denise who went above and beyond and was always smiling and happy to help. Most of the staff were awesome, but if I owned a hotel this is who I would want/trust to represent my business, no question! Thank you so much everyone for your dedication and thank you Gina for your affordable rates.

This was an okay place. We were traveling for work and with our dog so we picked this hotel because of the doors going directly outside as it was most convenient. The lobby was closed so no breakfast even though the website says it does, the bathtub didn't drain well, no coffee pots in the rooms, only 3 pillows for a king bed and 2 people doesn't make alot of sense to me but that's what we had. All in all for the price it wasn't bad...we literally were passing through so just slept there.

Our room#202 did not have a lock on our door, therefore, I did not feel safe. Our room was located upstairs, and my friend was disabled.The ice machine did not work, which was very inconvenient. For the high price we paid, our room should have been clean also.I was very dissatisfied.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was fine and it was clean. The towels were the cheapest towels I ever saw. Great outdoor area if you have a dog with you.nThe stairs could use a power wash.nOverall for the side if the road hotel it wasn't bad. I felt safe there.

To me; the room wasn't ready for me. The ice bucket had the plastic with water in it. I didn't have hand towels. You could see light under door and a draft. The curtain could be fix. The people work work there were nice.
