Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensboro-East

The room next to me wreaked of weed and cigarette smoke.It was so heavy my head was pounding. Manager blew it off.nThen a screaming argument broke out in that room, then a physical FIGHT. Someone came upstairs, knocked on the door and they stopped yelling and nothing happened. After they went away it started up again. I didn't bother to complain a 3rd time. If you're beating people up in a Holiday inn don't worry! You won't be asked to leave!nI'm not sure what you would have to do?nThen my phone kept ringing and hanging up. I called to ask why and both times front desk picked up the phone and hung up on me purposely.nWhen I checked out no one said a word... Like how was your stay? Or Sorry about the brawling! I made reservations and left , went to the Fairfield. Don't stay here if you want to sleep!!! 90% of front desk staff were rude, Or just didn't seem to know customer service.nCheck in was quick and very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was very nice.nStay elsewhere.nWhat a terribly generic response to a review. It certainly represents the hotel perfectly.nNEVER STAYING AGAIN!

A very nice clean hotel. I was very pleased with tje staff and housekeeping. The breakfast was nice till 10 am. The staff accommodations to my all my handicapped needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was really surprised. The customer service here was amazing. The young lady, Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned, and spacious. King bed was comfortable and pull out couch as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. Perfect location for easy access to the interstate.nEven though we are living in the new normal. Don't miss the wonderful grab and go morning snacks and hot coffee served from 6am-10am.nPool and fitness center are closed!

Had a great time. Son was so excited and slept well. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was good but the lady serving breakfast at 6am on Monday morning (1/8/21) was very rude. I will not be returning. The rooms are too expensive to be yelled at by staff without customer service skills.
