Nice community to live I have close friends that live over here and it's in the middle of downtown and other areas.

Very nice place to live for your money. The apartments are old but maintenance is on top of things. The area is not that great. But I didn't have any problems with my neighbors. Sometimes it got loud but this can be expected when you live that close net to others. It didn't keep me from sleeping. Sometimes it's what you make it. I stayed to myself, unless my neighbors needed something. . The management staff are nice and friendly as well. Great apartment for the money.
