The worst place to rent from. Water leak in the bathroom that’s still not fixed. Raised my rent after I renewed my lease. Please don’t rent from these people. They are scams. Water is $100 dollars a month (how when me and my husband work full time jobs and barely home plus wash clothes once a week and we shower ) really ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 Don’t do it you will regret it.

Great trailer park, very quiet, nice playground for kids and one for pets too. Most the trailers are newer, there's a small swimming pool and lots of not so busy roads for walks. Not the kind of trailer park they had in the 80's.

Community is not helpful in leasing a home. Staff does not tell me over the phone that viewings are appointment only. Just says “yeah we offer tours”. I drove over 20 mins to show up and say they only do appointments. Then tells me the one i was looking at online wasn’t available and the others are for sale. I was hoping to get some help looking at future homes coming up. I’ll just keep looking at other places to rent.

The maintenance never do as you request, I moved in on October 2020, still repairs have not be filled that i requested.
