OYO Hotel Greensboro NC Northeast

Not bad for price point. Old motel, but clean. Room includes microwave and small fridge

I made the reservation online and thought that everything was copacetic. I got there only to be turned away. I had to leave with my stuff and my son and boyfriend after already paying. I get my money back in 10 days. The place wasn't nice at all and the people hanging outside like it was a club. Totally low grade. The owner wasn't nice. Thank God, we got to go to econo lodge. I wouldn't recommend this place for a enemy. Let alone a friend.

When we arrived the AC was not working but they did replace it quickly. Motel is being renovated and there is a lot of trash and broken glass in the parking lot and grass in front of rooms. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. There was dried plaster stuck to the bottom of the tub that was painful to step on. Tub drained very very slowly. Everything was dirty; floor needed to be mopped, closet shelf had dirt and leaves on it.

This place is majorly under run the manager there doesn't know what he is doing we stayed there 3 nights we had an issue when we checked in with them refusing us a room because we got a great rate on their website and they didn't want to honor that we had to call the website to even get a room then we were going to stay last night paid for the room and everything we went out and when we came back they had paid locked our door when my husband went to the office they told him we had to leave with no explanation this was at 1130pm they also did our friends the same way but with them they sat all their belongings outside and they lost everything so if y'all are thinking about a room there I would think twice
