OYO Hotel Greensboro NC Southwest I-85

The pictures show a fridge yet my “fridge” was sitting on the back porch, broken - I had brought food and had to throw it all away. They also show a couch will be in your room. Last time I checked an outside bench (no joke) is not a couch. The from desk offered no help or refused any type of discount. Room was extremely dirty. The towels were supposed to be white but were actually yellow/brown, they even had hair stuck in them?. The sink had spit in it and the tub had brown spots what looked to be burn marks but yet this is a “non-smoking” hotel. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience at this place. You’re welcome! :)

The experience overall was negligent if customer service can be described as such. When we arrived at the hotel there was no front desk clerk, we were required to call a number and wait for someone to come to the front desk while we booked the room online. She arrived at the hotel front desk after a second call to confirm the booking and check in at which time, after speaking to her twice already and following her instructions to check in, she informs me of the $100.00 USD deposit which I cannot cover. Thus I am turned away from a room I already paid for, can no longer afford an alternate hotel as my money will take 24-48 hours to be returned. I am now stuck in 20 degree weather and a true customer service rep would have made this right.

Hotel?!! Really?! I dont understand the photos! I m not a review writer but it ia a must because there might be other people like us who would have an exam the next day and get socked by seeing the quality of this”HOTEL”. We got it for 3 nights and We just escaped after entering the room and saw the awful and smelly condition without even asking for our money back! To make it short, yellow tiles, smelly room, dirty staff, and the location did not seem safe. It was not even an inn! Hotel?!!!

This place is amazing very clean rooms, courteous staff, has been a blessing

The rooms are nice and big, but the wifi was hard to pick up
