I, as well as several family members, have had poor experiences at this store. A lot of times, they seem very understaffed. I’ve had phone calls where prescriptions we supposed to be ready for pick up, but they were not. Pick up times are generally longer her anyways. There have been several instances where they attempt to say that certain medications aren’t covered by insurance because they didn’t submit them properly. When this happens, they try to argue with you but guess what? Every time they check, it’s magically fixed, and they say, “oh, someone must have made a mistake.” It makes you wonder how many times it happens and people end up paying higher costs because of those mistakes. Trying to call the store and talk to someone or using CVS’s automated system is not without faults either. This is the worst drug store I've dealt with, but also it's the only one in this area. Not to mention the prices of goods and vitamins are significantly higher than at other stores, including Walgreens. This area could really use some competition from another drug store.

Loved this location. I never had a bad experience with the pharmacy or the store front.nnDrive thru for the pharmacy was usually pretty fast too

I’m a recovering cancer patient for the second time in the last two years. Every time my Doctor sends in a new prescription I get the same runaround. It sits “in process” on their app forever. Only when I go to the store and tell them I’m there to pick up my meds do they tell me they are “finishing it up “ and it will be ready in 20 minutes after they’ve had the prescription for hours. Today my doctor sent in a prescription to deal with the intense pain from my recent surgery. It was called in around 2pm. It’s now after closing and it’s still “in process”. I am unable to drive and won’t have a way to the pharmacy until tomorrow afternoon. If you have any vital medicines I suggest finding a different pharmacy. This one simply DOES NOT CARE about the welfare of their customers and if you want to call the pharmacy, forget it. I’ve sat on hold for over 10 minutes without anyone answering. I spent my entire career as a sales manager and if this were my business I would either straighten these employees out with better customer service training or fire the ones that don’t comply. This lack of any sense of urgency is simply unacceptable and needs to change.

Called in a prescription told me they had in stock and could pick up that afternoon. So I gave plenty of time and went next morning. The girl at window said we forgot to refill. We will had delivery to you. Well 2 days later no prescription and calling on phone is a joke. Always on hold regardless what time of day. Not even a 1 star pharmacy
