The team at Professional Pharmacy has always been very responsive to any needs I have with prescriptions and OTC medication. They do have a few new staff members, but I am always able to obtain answers to my questions. I find all employees to be courteous as well. They also deliver monthly medications to my elderly mother who is unable to drive which is a great help. I do recommend them.
Years ago, this place was great. In the past year, the customer service and general knowledge has rapidly declined. Your new staff is ruining your business and our entire family has changed to a different pharmacy.
Very family oriented, very professional they get to know their customers
Everytime i go here there is a problem. The lady at the front counter is the only one ever actually helpful. The pharmasist is rude and the owner would rather argue that listin. I will never understand how this place does so good when the staff is mostly horrible.
I watched my mom open her bag and count her pills. She was eleven pills short. After counting four times she called and the pharmacist Beth was not there. Kelly said she counted twice. Basically nothing has been done since Tuesday September 8th. She has broken her back and has to suffer from some ones mistake. Our entire family which is huge is discussing changing pharmacies. My grandma had a baby every year for twelve years so best believe they may lose a lot of business if nothing is done.
