Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville

Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. But I give this hotel a 5 star rating bc of the staff. Sylvia from the front desk went above and beyond to help me locate my Apple Watch after it was wrapped up in the blankets when house keeping came. The head house keeper even came to the room to help me check behind the bed and sofa as well. They didn’t have to do this. They could’ve easily said that Mr Jones sorry for your loss. Need more hotel staff like this one. I truly appreciate their efforts and will definitely stay here again and recommend to all I know. Thanks again

The staff was absolutely incredible. 5 stars all around from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Due to covid, we didn't use housekeeping but those ladies made sure that we taken care of. It was truly a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel if ever you are in the Fayetteville area.

Excellent stay and staff very friendly Room was super clean. I appreciate the Manager been very kind with us and my child. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Still here for 2 more nights. The woman serving breakfast is so sweet & helpful. She deals with a lot but she still laughs & jokes with my kids! Don’t lose her! She is incredible
