TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek

I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Fayetteville, NC on Sept. 5th - 7th 2020. I will begin by saying the room was very clean and the furniture was in great condition. The king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable as well.nMy issue concerns the service we received. I have never been to ANY hotel that requires that you bring your wet towels down to the front desk in order to receive fresh ones. I felt ridiculous and disgusted taking the elevator downstairs with an arm full of dirty towels and washcloths. No guest should EVER be subjected to this.nSecondly, on the morning of my checkout, we received a knock at the door around 8:20 am in the morning while still sleeping. My husband informed the room service associate that we will be checking out of the hotel at 12:00 pm, please return at that time. After stating this, we received a knock on the door from room service associates asking if we were checking out every hour until 12:00 pm. My husband then called the front desk to express his grievances for the excessive contact from the room service associates. The front desk associate apologized, but by this time our experience had been ruined. She mentioned adding points to my Rewards account (needless to say) I never received the points. I, again, have NEVER experienced this low level of service from any of the Marriot establishments I have visited. I’ve been a Marriott Rewards Member for several years, and I have never had such an unpleasant stay. My husband and I felt harassed.

I came into to town for a funeral, my daughter pulled up this hotel because it was convenient to eating places. Checked in around 430-5pm, we only had access to one cap on the stove the other knob was missing. I was too tired after driving 4hrs just wanted to bathe and sleep. For $200 a night I want return.

Save your money and go somewhere else! We paid $315 for two nights and it wasn’t worth it. The beds are comfortable but the covers were stained with someone else’s makeup. First thing I had to do when we came into the room was wash the dishes because there were no clean cups. There was a bag over the fire alarm. The coffee pot looked as if it had NEVER been cleaned. It had coffee still inside. Our door would not shut. You had to pull the door like you was pulling your soul away from the devil. The elevator shook and hasn’t been inspected in over a year. Our TV stopped working and the maid never came to supply us with extra towels. Breakfast was a joke! You have to get a bagged breakfast from the front desk that only has a bagel and yogurt. No juice!

We found a dirty sock in our room but overall stay was peaceful!!! Rested felt refreshed and ready my day. Recommend ud83dudc4c

The day desk worker Lilly was rude left something in room called back they said it wasn't there. But night desk worker was very polite and helpful. The rooms was very beautiful and comfortable
