Extended Stay America - Fayetteville - Cross Creek Mall

I was Greeted by a young man with a wonderful smile he was the hotel worker he help me as well to load my car and their manager Mr. Charles his personality is just adorablenI enjoyed my stay every time I come home to North Carolina I am a traveling nurse which I look forward to going home and each time that I stay at this Extended stay by cross creek mall Mr. Charles and his staff treat me with the upmost respect thank you so much Ms. Sharpe

Has not been updated since the 70's is not well maintained. Not very clean. The carpet had stains, the kitchen floor was sticky no numbers on the dials of the stove peeling wood on the kitchen cabinets everything was dusty. The room had a musty smell.nThe bed had clean sheets and was comfortable though.

Mediocre at best. Customer service was fine. Could benefit from some updates. It’s 2020 and the internet was at 1999 speeds after I paid for the “upgraded” internet.

We are really enjoying our stay! Our room has very thing we need, we would for sure come back! Clean rooms and comfy beds! Charles is awesome as well!ud83dudc4fud83cudffc
