Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg

I love this hotel. Nice staff, great breakfast. Clean, very caring and thoughtful of my needs. Special shout out to the amazing kitchen staff. And lastly Melissa, Chris and Pedro. All of you represent the Hilton brand very well. Thank you.

Room was neat, very clean and comfortable as far as the stay it was oweful didn't check in till 9:00 pm & checked out around 7:00 am after getting woke up again at 5:15 am and several times during the night called the front desk several times when I called at 5:00 am they had gotten quite only.for a few minutes I was so angry I took a shower had to wake my son up to take a shower and we checked out I did express my opinion to the front desk clerk her comment was well you said they had gotten quite I expressed that paying 170.00 to sleep for no more than 5 hours was unreal she said she could give me a refund of 15.00 I didn't feel that was sufficient so I called the front desk manager the same morning she offered to credit me 25.00 this was on Sunday I've called several times because the credit wasn't right a week later I notice on my bank statement I was charged 169.50 and had a credit for 11.30 this is so unprofessional my family has stayed at Hilton often and never had a bad experience except once and the problem was taking care of in a satisfactory way if you want to get a good night's rest don't stay here

Room wasn’t ready at 3 as promised! Paid for a King room they TRIED to give us two dual queen beds! Air conditioning didn’t work the way it should! I literally was up every hour! I’m so ready to go TF home!!!!

I would definitely be back. The Room was clean the bed was comfortable.. this hotel is in a great location you're surrounded by places to eat and close to the highway. The hotel is currently going through renovation but we didn't mind
